Notice to Tenants
J.C. Property Management utilizes the service of TVS Tenant Verification Service which networks Landlords and Property Managers throughout Canada. TVS suggests that rent payments should be reported via landlordcreditbureau.ca each month.
The Landlord Credit Bureau reports rent payments to Equifax Credit Bureau monthly. Your DOB and last 4 digits of SIN (optional) are requested on the application in order to ensure accurate reporting by the Landlord Credit Bureau and Equifax Credit Bureau.
Tenants who make their rent payments on time and abide by the rules of the tenancy agreement can be rewarded with a Certificate of Satisfactory Tenancy at the end of a tenancy by this Landlord. Future Landlords or Property Managers can verify good tenancy at landlordcreditbureau.ca.
Tenants that are late with rent payments and/or leave landlords stuck with unpaid rent, and/or damaged rental property, may find it difficult to obtain tenancy in the future given a negative tenant history.
